如何手动式(manual)输入拼音符号？

其实关键不是在于英语键盘 (因为大多数人用的一定是英文键盘，而非中文或其他语文的)，而是在输入法。 你只须Install中文输入法即可解决问题，我建议是Install万能五笔。

具体进行步骤：
1) 下载并执行万能五笔(http://www.wnwb.com)
2） Ctrl + W (调出万能五笔)
3) 在输入框内，按右键
4) 选：输入特殊符号
5) 选：Ctrl + 0 6) 你可以选择任何一个拼音符号了
