更新档案是最烦人的琐事….
不更新，又怕到时“发生意外事故”时呼天抢地、哭爹叫娘时都没人可以帮得到手….
要时时更新，却又是挺烦人的事…
我现在用的是WinMend Copy File…
专门抄写大量的档案…
而且比起阳春极了的Window内建Copy File不知快了多少倍….
但是每天要抄写GG声的档案时…
就会觉得挺烦的…
而且从头把整个档案抄一遍，不止浪费时间，也不环保….
最好是只抄写“最新”的档案….
直到我发现了这一个软件…~! Yahoooooo

Copy Changed Files不只可以帮你抄写档案…
最重要的是它可以设定为只抄写“最新的档案”…
这样就不用从头把档案抄起…
只须更新即可….
这一个软件唯一的缺点（如果这也是缺点的话…..）
就是必须事先安装《。Net Framework》…
（幸好这一个软件也是免费的。因此如果还未装上，它会提示你去安装）
具体步骤：
1） 先去这一个下载点：http://www.copychangedfiles.com/
2） 可以立即下载，或是如果你觉得这一个软件好用，也可以缴付一点小费用借此鼓励鼓励作者发明更多的好软件！
3） NEXT
4） 确定Install的地方，再按NEXT
5） NEXT
6） 创造一个介面快捷键， 按NEXT
7） 开始Install
8） FINISH
开始使用啦～
9） 确定“Form”哪里的文件上，再确定要送往“To”的文件夹上。 你应该要调整最新的日期，以便让电脑“比较”日期之间的差别。（建议你调整为今天的日期）
10）完成后，你会发现这一次，我的电脑只更新了“最新的三个文件”。其他的保持不变～hurraaaaaay, 它节省了我好多好多的时间哩！（你知道每一天要抄写10G的文件要多少时间吧？哈哈）
11） 你可以按LOG，以便检查它已经更新了哪一些文件！
12）基本上它会要求你储存什么什么data file….不用理会。只要文件已更新即可～！
这样更新大型档案或文件夹已不是一件痛苦的事了～

The copy changed files tool is a free program that lets you copy changed files from one directory tree to another.
The program only copies changed files, leaving all other files behind.
You can either select to use the date and time for change check, or you can use the binary compare option.
When you have selected how to check for changed files, you can select if you want to append date and/or time to the destination directory/file.
